Does ResellerScore publish automatically everywhere?
Not yet. eBay uses an official direct connection. Other supported marketplaces use seller-confirmed guided workflows during beta, so you review and complete the final marketplace action.
Do I give ResellerScore my marketplace password?
No. Official connections use marketplace authorization, and guided workflows ask you to sign in directly on the marketplace. ResellerScore does not ask you to paste a marketplace password into the app.
How do I cancel a trial or subscription?
Open Account settings in your workspace and choose Manage subscription. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid the first charge. Your access continues through the applicable trial or billing period.
What should I include in a support request?
Tell us what you expected, what happened, the page or marketplace involved, and the approximate time. Do not send passwords, API keys, payment-card details, or authentication codes.
