Set up and use Browser Helper

Browser Helper is for desktop Chrome. It keeps marketplace passwords and every final action in your control.

Version 0.4 opens the guided workflow and, on four supported marketplaces, prepares compatible empty fields and photos when you ask. Earlier versions retain the copy-ready kit.

eBay direct

When the direct connection is enabled, ResellerScore can transfer photos and publish through eBay's official connection.

SET UP ONCE

Connect this Chrome browser

    Install the extension

    Open the Chrome Web Store listing and choose Add to Chrome. Pin ResellerScore Browser Helper from Chrome's Extensions menu so it is easy to find.

    Generate a private code

    In ResellerScore, open Listings, expand Marketplace connection tools, choose Browser Helper, then choose Generate connection code.

    Open Browser Helper Settings

    Choose the ResellerScore icon in Chrome, then choose its gear icon. The Settings page opens.

  4. 4

    Connect and test

    Paste the code into Private connection code, check the consent box, then choose Connect and test.

    Confirm it is ready

    Return to ResellerScore. Browser Helper should show Connected or Ready.

USE FOR EACH LISTING

Carry a reviewed draft to a marketplace

    Prepare the listing first

    Choose a saved item and marketplace in Listing studio. Review the generated title, description, price, condition, and details.

    Open the marketplace

    Choose the extension icon and use Open marketplace from the pending listing kit. Sign in if the marketplace asks you to.

  3. 3

    Prepare the open listing with version 0.4

    After Browser Helper 0.4 is available, open a Facebook Marketplace, Poshmark, Mercari, or Etsy new-listing page, reopen the helper, and choose Prepare open listing. It fills compatible empty fields and transfers Inventory photos. Earlier versions and other guided marketplaces retain Copy all and the individual Copy controls.

    Finish marketplace-only details

    Verify every transferred field and photo, then complete shipping, returns, tax, payment, category, and any other required marketplace choice.

    Review and publish

    Check the entire marketplace form. You press the marketplace's final Publish or List button.

CONFIRM AFTER PUBLISHING

Link the public listing back to ResellerScore

    Open the new public listing

    After the marketplace confirms publication, open the live listing page.

  2. 2

    Confirm the listing

    Open Browser Helper and choose I published it. This lets ResellerScore save and monitor the correct public URL.

  3. 3

    Check Listings

    Return to ResellerScore and confirm the listing is shown under the correct inventory item.

You are done when

ResellerScore shows Browser Helper as ready, and published guided listings can be confirmed with I published it.

If something does not look right

I cannot find the extension

In Chrome, choose the puzzle-piece Extensions icon. Pin ResellerScore Browser Helper, then choose it whenever you are preparing a listing.

The code does not connect

Generate a new connection code in ResellerScore and paste it without extra spaces. Connection codes are private and temporary.

Fields or photos are still blank

Confirm Browser Helper 0.4 is installed and you are on the marketplace's new-listing page, then reopen the helper and choose Prepare open listing. Unsupported or uncertain controls stay blank so you can complete them safely. Copy controls are always available as a fallback.

The listing is not showing in ResellerScore

Open the public marketplace listing, open Browser Helper, and choose I published it.
